[hisoka isn't entirely sure what he means by it either- the concept comes so easily to him now. he and illumi have a certain kind of aura, very distinguishable from one another. before hisoka could easily feel their aura, but now feels as though now he can...smell them. it's odd, but not unpleasant. there just so happens to be a third scent, originating in the kitchen and trailing off into the front door. whoever planted their little trick planned it mere minutes in advance, and it's astonishing how he can tell that too.
